This No-Bake Holiday Pie is a delicious blank canvas for you to customize for any holiday or occasion. With a creamy, rich vanilla filling and a graham cracker crust, you can add your favorite candy or sprinkles to suit your celebration. It's absolutely awesome.

As much as I love to bake and eat delicious desserts, making elaborately decorated confections and pastries is not my cup of tea. You'll never catch me making a cake that looks like a real life object of any kind. You'll never find me spending hours elaborately braiding pie dough. Simple and rustic is much more my jam.

I'm a lazy kitchen witch. I like things to come together quickly so that I can spend more time eating with the people I love. I like cheats and shortcuts that make things as easy as possible. And I feel absolutely no shame about it. Let's all stop pretending to be something we're not. Embracing your true self and bringing your desires to life is what witchcraft is all about for me.

What makes this No-Bake Holiday Pie so awesome?

My husband couldn't stop eating this No-Bake Holiday Pie. It's made with cream cheese, instant pudding mix, and frozen whipped topping (you know the one). I say it's plain because it's simply colored and flavored, but it is by no means boring. I used hobnob biscuits in my crust because nobody even knows what graham crackers are here. It's got an amazing texture that pairs perfectly with the smooth and creamy filling.

Because Easter is coming up, I decorated it with Cadbury Mini Eggs (put them on after the pie is set to avoid the color seeping like you see here). You could easily change those out to suit any occasion. Get some seasonal M&Ms or other candies and go to town. Or just leave it plain on top and indulge in a truly delicious creamy no-bake pie. If you did want to change up the flavor, you could simply add a different flavor of pudding mix, as well.

Make it magical

This recipe is another great opportunity to bring color magic and sigils into your kitchen witchery. Decorate with colors that correspond to whatever you're celebrating, or base your choice on a specific intention. Arrange the decorations to form symbols or sigils that represent your intention as well. I went with a simple spiral here to represent the connection of all life.
